We promise a 48 hour turnaround time on all standard photos (including the twilight add-on), aerial photos, floor-plans, and headshots. Specialty media items such as additional photo retouching/virtual adjustments and video content will have a longer turnaround depending on the complexity of the specific project.

We hear this question all the time, and there’s a couple of reasons why. Firstly, professional photographers have access to very high quality gear (cameras, lenses, filters, drones, etc.) that will greatly out-perform entry-level gear and cell phones. Secondly, photographers have a wide breadth of experience that allows them to show scenes as they should be seen. Lastly, your time is valuable and the amount of money you would spend finding equipment, learning to use it, then actually taking the photos would take away a lot of the time you could be using to further your business and accomplish other tasks.

You sure don’t! Once you provide us with a key or a code to a lockbox we will handle the rest!

As abstract as it sounds, when the light is best. Depending on the location and surroundings of the home this could mean the morning, middle of the day, or around sunset. Of course we would always prefer to photograph your home with the most flattering light possible but sometimes those two factors make it difficult to do so and still get good results while inside. If you would like to make sure to get dramatic and beautiful photos of the exterior during sunrise or sunset we do have a twilight add-on option available.

Our experience of shooting hundreds of landscapes over the last decade allows us to look at homes and the spaces inside them in ways most other photographers never will. We use brand new full-frame cameras from Sony with a very high dynamic range (which allows us to capture both the very light and dark parts of a room well) and high resolution sensors, sharp wide angle lenses that allow us to capture entire rooms in a single shot, and polarizing filters to optimize color reproduction and minimize glare on reflective surfaces.

As much as we are able to, yes. Sometimes it just is not possible due to scheduling conflicts or other matters but regardless of the situation we will try our best to get you in as quickly as we can.
